Phase 2 — Website Build Proposal
A precise, fixed-scope engagement to turn the approved Phase 1 story into a production website — with your brand, your products, your reach, and a clear path from visitor to enquiry.
Contents
A single document — read top to bottom or jump to the number that matters to you.
01 — Context
You reviewed a Phase 1 demo built in the Ink & Lumen visual language — clean, premium, editorial, and unmistakably clinical. This proposal costs what it takes to turn that demo into a production website that reflects the Anand brand, guides the visitor, and converts.
Storytelling scroll, clinical typography, 16-discipline portfolio, India-reach map, awards, clients, team, CTA. You called it "much cleaner, more premium and modern."
Brand alignment, simplified nav, Applied Genomics segment, product-level pages, real Anand content, clearer CTAs, credibility, accessible map, guided journey, mobile.
Every point below is addressed with a specific deliverable, a fixed price, a fixed timeline and a fixed number of review rounds — so we ship, not drift.
02 — Your Pain → Our Fix
Each row lifted verbatim from the Phase 1 Feedback document, paired with the concrete change we will make.
"Keep the current clean, premium, minimal and visually strong design direction."
Retain the Ink & Lumen system; tighten grid, typography scale and section rhythm across every new page.
"Change/update the logo and ensure the overall website design follows Anand's brand identity, including the approved brand colours."
Ingest final logo (SVG, dark & light lock-ups); replace accent tokens with your official brand colours; publish a one-page brand guardrail so future edits stay on-brand.
"Simplify the main navigation to: Home | Company Profile | Products | Careers. Remove 'Reach' from the main navigation bar."
New global nav: Home · Company Profile · Products · Careers. Reach becomes a section within Company Profile and appears on Home; a "Talk to us" CTA sits pinned right.
"Add a clear toggle/CTA for the Applied Genomics segment. Clicking it should redirect users to a dedicated Applied Genomics page..."
Prominent Applied Genomics entry point on Home + Products; a full dedicated page for Sequencers, WGS / WES / Oncology / Custom Panels, NBS & NIPT automation, with its own CTAs.
"Make it easy for visitors to understand where to go based on their requirement..."
The Home page presents four intent-led entry cards so a hospital director, a lab head, a procurement officer and a service manager each find their door in one glance.
"When a user clicks on a product name/product listing, it should take them directly to the respective product detail page."
A structured product taxonomy (16 disciplines · brands · SKUs from your Product Mapping sheet); every card is clickable and lands on a full product-detail template with specs, images and enquiry CTA.
"Use more real Anand content... installations, engineers, laboratories, projects, service network, training and customer success stories..."
A content-capture kit (shot list, question set, checklist); we integrate installations, engineer profiles, lab photos, service-network map, training programmes, and 3 signed case studies.
"Use clear and relevant CTAs such as Request a Demo, Request a Quote, Talk to an Expert, Service Request and Contact Us."
One unified CTA system across the site — Request a Demo · Request a Quote · Talk to an Expert · Service Request · Contact Us — each wired to a routed form that lands in the right inbox.
"Highlight verified Anand information such as years of experience, partnerships, recognitions, customer logos/testimonials, installations and other genuine achievements."
A trust bar (years, principals, installations, disciplines), an awards wall from your originals, a client-logo grid, and named testimonials from hospitals / chains / government networks.
"The Reach map should not depend only on colour... consider clear labels, hover/tap information, a legend, sufficient colour contrast and/or a text-based alternative."
Region labels rendered directly on map, hover/tap tooltips with state names + coverage detail, a legend with pattern differentiation, AA contrast, and a text-list alternative for screen readers.
"...guide visitors clearly from understanding Anand → exploring solutions/products → building trust → taking an action/enquiry."
A single narrative spine across Home: Who we are → What we place → Where we reach → Why you can trust us → Talk to us, with a sticky CTA that follows the scroll.
"Ensure the final website is fully responsive and that navigation, product discovery, CTAs and content work smoothly on mobile devices."
Mobile-first breakpoints, tap targets ≥ 44 px, a swipe-friendly product rail, sticky WhatsApp / Call CTAs on mobile, tested on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, Samsung Internet.
03 — Scope
Fixed scope. Anything beyond this map is a Change Order — priced separately, so the base engagement stays on schedule.
Total: 1 home · 5 top-level pages · 16 discipline pages · product-detail template · 3 case studies · 3 form endpoints · full legal set.
04 — Investment
Both tracks deliver the sitemap above and every fix from Section 02. The choice is about the engine under the hood — and the total cost of ownership over the next five years.
Both prices are fixed. GST additional at prevailing rate. Hosting & third-party licences billed at cost.
05 — Head to head
The honest read on both options across the dimensions that matter for a 20-year-old diagnostics brand.

Effort distribution · Track B
07 — Timeline
Track B (recommended). Track A completes at week 6. Timeline assumes content, brand assets and reviews arrive on the agreed dates.
08 — Iteration policy
To protect the timeline, the price, and the quality of the output, revisions are capped per stage. Each round is a single consolidated feedback pass from you — not a running conversation. Sign-off closes the stage.
Round 1 covers structure, layout, hierarchy. Round 2 covers polish & tokens. After R2, design is locked.
Two consolidated rewrite passes per page. Post-lock changes count as Change Orders.
One consolidated bug & polish list on the staging build. Fixes: bugs free; new asks priced.
Seven days of free bug fixes after go-live. Content edits and new features move to the AMC.
How this protects both sides
09 — Scope guardrail
Clarity now avoids friction later.
Optional · Annual Maintenance Contract
10 — Payment & terms
Payment is milestone-linked so cash and progress stay in step.
Currency & taxes. All figures in INR. GST additional at the prevailing rate. Payment against invoice, net 7 days.
Change orders. Any request outside the sitemap in Section 03 or the includes in Section 09 is a Change Order — scoped, priced and signed before work begins. Rate: ₹1,800 / hour.
Client dependencies. Final logo (SVG), brand colour codes, product data (Product Mapping sheet as baseline), team photos, awards scans, and a nominated single point of contact for reviews.
Assets & ownership. On final payment, all custom source code, designs and content produced under this engagement transfer to Anand Chemiceutics. Third-party libraries retain their original open-source licences.
Hosting. Recommended: Vercel (frontend) + Railway / Render (backend) — approximately ₹4,000 – ₹6,000 / month. Alternative Indian hosts supported on request.
Confidentiality. All product data, client lists, tender information and financials shared during the engagement remain confidential. NDA available on request.
Warranty. 7 days of free bug fixing after go-live. A bug is defined as a deviation from the signed-off Figma or documented behaviour, not a new requirement.
Validity. This proposal is valid for 30 days from issue date. Pricing may adjust thereafter to reflect the studio's current schedule.
